Mixing and Mastering Services

No Refunds After Delivery

Due to the personalized and professional nature of our audio services, we do not offer refunds once a mixing or mastering service has been delivered. All sales are final.

Revisions Policy

Each order includes one revision, free of charge. If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, you may request a reasonable revision to bring the result closer to your expectations. Additional revisions beyond the first are available for an extra fee.

Digital Products (Sample Packs, Templates, Downloads)

Non-Refundable

All digital downloads are non-refundable. Once a download link has been issued or the files accessed, the sale is final. This includes sample packs, templates, and any other downloadable content.

File Access and Support

If you experience any issues accessing your files or believe you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will ensure any technical problems are resolved promptly.

Coaching and Mentorship Sessions

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a coaching session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If notice is given less than 24 hours in advance, the session will be considered completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Completed Sessions

Refunds are not available for completed coaching sessions. However, we encourage you to provide feedback so we can continuously improve our support and guidance.
